Talent RockIt Ltd is actively searching for an experienced Financial Transaction Coordinator to manage the Accounts Payable function for a multi-site Manufacturing business.

You will be joining a growing Finance team and work alongside the Finance Director, Accounts Payable team and Site Finance functions to take responsibility of the Accounts Payable function and manage the day-to-day operational & overhead transactions and paper-flow for the company s accounts payable ledger including company s expenses.

As a Financial Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. All company day to day AP Ledger transactions
  2. Supplier Management & Forecasting
  3. Preparing Accrual & Prepayment Schedules
  4. FX rates & Currency revaluations
  5. Purchase Order management
  6. Account/Ledger reconciliations
  7. Inter/Intra-company accounts
  8. Aged Creditor forecasting
  9. Supplier reconciliations
  10. Supplier Invoice and Creditor Tracking and monthly reporting

We require an excellent standard of written and numerical skills, good experience with Accounts Payable (preferably in a multi-site manufacturing business) is vital, and you must be comfortable following processes.

This is a key recruit for a critical part of the business and would suit someone who is able to positively take action, build business relationships and add value at every level of interaction.
