Role Purpose
As an Airside Operations Specialist, you will be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while adhering to high-performance standards. Your primary focus will be on de-icing operations during the winter months, alongside various aircraft turnaround processes, including baggage handling, loading and unloading, as well as aircraft pushback and towing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft de-icing operations.
- Manually or mechanically load and unload baggage and goods.
- Execute all necessary baggage sorting tasks efficiently and safely.
- Conduct area hazard assessments and aircraft inspections.
- Carry out towing and pushback duties, ensuring effective communication with the flight deck, following the relevant training.
- Fulfill additional aircraft turnaround responsibilities as required, including aircraft presentation.
- Undertake any de-icing tasks as requested.
