Role Purpose

As an Airside Operations Specialist, you will be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while adhering to high-performance standards. Your primary focus will be on de-icing responsibilities during the winter season, along with various aircraft turnaround activities, including baggage handling, loading and unloading, as well as aircraft pushback and towing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aircraft de-icing operations
  • Manually or mechanically load and unload baggage and cargo
  • Execute all necessary baggage sorting tasks efficiently and safely
  • Conduct area hazard assessments and aircraft inspections
  • Manage towing and pushback operations, ensuring effective communication with the flight deck as per training
  • Fulfill additional aircraft turnaround tasks as required, including aircraft presentation
  • Complete any assigned de-icing duties
