We are seeking a skilled ASC Support Specialist to join our team at Essex County Council. This role involves providing effective and efficient support to the Quadrant in maintaining accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert working with the ASC Mosaic Training team.
- Collaborate with the quadrant to ensure accurate information is maintained.
- Provide support for staff on Mosaic-related issues.
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level including Maths and English at a minimum Grade of C or equivalent by experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Experience of working effectively with MS applications and tools.
