Lord Accounting & Finance is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on programme management, coordination across multiple teams, and effective communication with stakeholders.
The Role
As a seasoned Contracts/Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinating across multiple teams, including programme management, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Serving as the first point of contact for all project-related matters.
- Driving projects to successful completion.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
