Position Overview:


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team on a 1-year contract basis from September.

This contract is 5 days a week, term time only.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing personalised support and assistance to our students.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons and activities, promoting student engagement and participation.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support student development and progress.
• Maintain a safe and organised classroom environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with Primary aged students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development as required.
