About the Role

As a Beneficiary Services Specialist with Leidos, you will serve as a liaison for the beneficiary population, providing education on resources and benefits, enrollment/disenrollment information, and customer service to beneficiaries. You will also be responsible for performing Primary Care Manager changes, following Military Treatment Facility guidelines, and providing basic claims assistance such as information on claim status.
