Transport Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our transport team in London, focusing on key contracts in the South-East region.
As a leading specialist FM provider in the UK, we offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that allows for career growth and development.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and support to a team of Operations Managers to drive maximum returns. This will involve close analysis of business performance, production of operating strategies, and regular reporting of operational activities.
- Main point of contact for senior members of allocated contracts, developing and maintaining relationships at senior level.
- Ensuring consistency of high Service Delivery and high KPI scores across the entire portfolio of all allocated contracts.
- Achieving regional annual operating profits, gross revenues, and stock exception targets as set down and agreed with the OD/MD in the annual budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Annual Reviews of contract, incorporating innovation and customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Ensure Operational activities are regularly reported, contingency plans discussed, problems identified, and decisions offered.
- Attend quarterly meetings with all senior points of contact to lead meetings, ensure necessary stakeholders are present, and correct reporting is in place.
