A dynamic and forward-thinking company in Finchley Central is seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join their team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, coordinating property viewings, and effectively marketing properties to attract potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct canvassing activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers
  • Match prospective buyers with suitable properties and arrange viewings accordingly
  • Maintain regular contact with buyers, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth sales progression
  • Guide buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
  • Deal with and tie up offers to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Develop a track record of dealing with sales progression and achieving sales targets
  • Develop excellent telephone manner to effectively communicate with buyers, vendors, and other stakeholders

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, every Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm with a day off in the week (5-day week)

Salary and Benefits: £20,000 - £25,000 pa basic salary depending on experience, with potential earnings up to £50,000 plus car allowance and expenses covered
