Sales Performance Manager

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Performance Manager to lead our North London new homes development team. As a key player in our business, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members alike
- Experience selling new build developments off-plan
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Mentor junior sales team members and stay informed on market trends to provide clients with the best options available
- Ensure premium quality standards of the marketing suite are upheld
