About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team at Currys. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop team members to inspire customers to buy the best products for their needs.
  • Lead a high-performing team, understanding individual strengths and development opportunities, and supporting personal development plans.
  • Inspire team members to put the customer first while driving sales and profit objectives.
  • Create excitement and engagement around new product launches, suggesting innovative ways to bring technology to life.

Requirements:

  • Proven management experience in a sales-driven business.
  • Excellent coaching skills, a hands-on management style, and a passion for building team confidence and helping people grow their careers.
  • A track record of identifying commercial opportunities to maximise sales.
  • Confidence in leading a team, approachable and friendly to colleagues and customers.
  • A keen interest in learning about the latest technology.
