Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in-person, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, invoices, quotes, returns, and claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Take ownership of customer queries and work to resolve them in line with policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of department policies, processes, and systems used.
- Provide support to team members and suggest improvement ideas to enhance customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an office environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to acquire technical and system knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is ideal.
