Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

About the Role

As a Bank Residential Senior Carer, you will be responsible for catering to the diverse needs of our residents. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff, providing training, supervision, and delegating duties on shift.
  • Support with medication administration, ordering, and reviewing resident care plans and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, district nursing teams, and resident family members.
Our Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Previous experience in a residential care setting.
  • Proven leadership skills and decision-making abilities to support resident needs.
Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive rate of pay: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
