We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Credit Risk. The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit risk management and will be responsible for leading the development of credit risk policies and related standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of credit risk policies and related standards
- Provide oversight and assurance to the Executive and Board that credit risk is being managed within risk appetite
- Develop and provide data and reporting to support insight across the Group Risk Function
Requirements
- Proven experience in credit risk management
- Strong understanding of risk management principles across the credit lifecycle, credit analysis, and policies
- Experience of implementing, scoring, and advanced data and analytical techniques throughout the customer journey
