Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Credit Risk to join our team at Together Financial Services Limited in Cheadle, South Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and experience in implementing scoring and advanced data and analytical techniques throughout the customer journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, challenge, and assure the first-line credit risk management and reporting for credit risk across all products
  • Own and develop credit risk policies and related standards for all group lending products, ensuring appropriate governance of changes and evidence of key controls
  • Produce credit risk profiles for Exec and Board risk committees, working with first line to ensure all material credit risks have been identified and mitigation actions have been defined and progressed

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management principles across the credit lifecycle, credit analysis, and policies. They should also have experience of implementing scoring and advanced data and analytical techniques throughout the customer journey, as well as experience of secured lending, particularly specialist mortgage lending.

Salary estimate: £95,000 - £130,000 per annum depending on experience.
