Educational Assistant for SEN Students

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team in a Mainstream school located in Staffordshire. The post requires a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.

The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Children's Learning and Development, have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children with SEN and disabilities, and hold certificates in manual handling. They must also be comfortable performing personal care tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality support to students with additional needs
  • Assisting with personal care tasks as required
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to enhance student outcomes

Requirements:
