Public Relations and Events Coordinator

Protecting and Promoting the BMW Group Image
The Corporate Communications department at BMW Group UK is responsible for safeguarding and enhancing the reputation of the company in the UK. This involves collaborating with a broad range of media and influencers to maintain a positive public image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in a variety of ways, including assisting with press fleet management, event organization, and operational administration.
- Liaise with media as required, responding to enquiries, and sharing press resources.
- Compile summary of recent coverage for internal and network contacts.
- Liaise with other departments and suppliers as needed.
- Ensure internal reporting database and image library are up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Studying towards a degree in PR, Business, or Marketing with a predicted grade of 2:1 or higher.
- Relevant work experience in communications, with a genuine interest in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
