Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on forklifts and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on forklifts and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers on equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Complete accurate and detailed service records and job reports to track maintenance history and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, traveling to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and maintenance services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Forklift Maintenance Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence, with a clean driving record.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of up to £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
