Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Forklift Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Flexicruit. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklifts and other material handling equipment.

About the Role

As a Forklift Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our client's state-of-the-art machinery. Your primary focus will be on performing routine inspections, conducting preventive maintenance, and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklifts and material handling equipment on-site.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on-site.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and communicate findings to the office.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, specifically with forklifts and material handling equipment.
  • Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Full UK driving licence
