Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team and support one of our clients who requires assistance with their daily living tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals who have acquired brain injury and be able to provide exceptional care and support in a home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality support and care to the client in their home environment
  • To assist the client with their daily living tasks, including self-care skills, mobility, meal preparation, and planning
  • To promote the client's independence and autonomy wherever possible

Requirements:

  • At least six months of experience working in a support worker role or similar, in the past three years
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own car
  • Experience in the field of psychology
  • To be willing to become self-employed
