Ardonagh Advisory is seeking a talented Development Executive to join their Insurance team.

As a Development Executive, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with clients in the Insurance industry. Your expertise and knowledge of the industry will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and develop revenue streams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish contact and develop relationships at the highest level within clients' companies
  • Develop an understanding and appreciation of clients' businesses and their needs
  • Articulate risk management solutions and propose profitable return
  • Sell a range of services to develop revenue streams and build trust

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in the Insurance industry
  • Previous experience of development, preferably in new business
  • Professional style and ability to impress in 1:1 prospect meetings
  • General business awareness and results-focused approach
  • IT literacy and experience using databases
