Insurance Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a talented Insurance Business Development Specialist to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Establish contact and develop relationships at the highest level within the client's company
• Develop an understanding and appreciation of the prospect's business and industry sector
• Identify and articulate risk management solutions to meet the client's needs
• Develop and implement proposals to provide a profitable return
• Sell a range of services to develop revenue streams and build trust
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months Insurance experience
• Previous experience of development in new business
• Professional style and ability to impact and impress in 1:1 prospect meetings
• General business awareness and results-focused approach
• IT literate with experience using databases
