We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytical Solutions Specialist to join our team in Great Britain, United Kingdom. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative analytical solutions to our customers.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with LCMS instruments, software, and data analysis. You will be responsible for providing hands-on and virtual training for customers on the effective use of our instruments and software, collaborating with customers and internal teams to develop and customize scientific methods and applications, and presenting the capabilities and benefits of our products to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Training: Deliver comprehensive product training sessions to ensure customers can effectively utilize our instruments and software.">
  • Application Optimization: Work closely with customers and internal teams to develop and refine scientific methods and applications, analyzing data and offering actionable insights.">
  • Technical Presentations: Craft engaging technical presentations that communicate complex concepts to various audiences, highlighting the value proposition of our products.">
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to support and enhance the customer training process.">
  • Scientific Support: Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research, regulations, and technologies, serving as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.">
  • Leadership: Lead projects independently, mentor junior team members, and consult on specialized market segments.">

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience.">
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with LCMS instruments, software, and data analysis.">
  • Skills:">
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize technical systems.">
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences.">
    • Fluent in both local language and English.">
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.">

What We Offer:
