We are seeking an experienced Strategic Revenue Growth Professional to join our team at Hovis Ltd in High Wycombe. As a key member of our commercial strategy and planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and margin accretion for our iconic brand.
As a Strategic Revenue Growth Professional, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth across various customer segments. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities, creating metrics for success, tracking progress, and guiding the implementation of growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a blue-chip FMCG environment, with a strong record of success in delivering revenue growth strategies. You will be educated to degree level and possess excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension schemes, health insurance, and flexible working arrangements.
