Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Hovis Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial Strategy and Planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and margin accretion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform business decisions
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Work closely with the Commercial Strategy and Planning Director to develop and implement business plans
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering business results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the FMCG industry
