Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team based at our Head Office in High Wycombe (hybrid 3 days in office with 2 days working from home). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive margin accretive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies: Identify and discuss revenue growth opportunities through diagnostic analysis and create a plan for implementation with cross-functional teams.
- Track and monitor progress**: Create metrics for success, track, monitor, and guide against these metrics and develop mitigation plans.
- Improve mix management**: Create strategies to improve mix management and deliver growth in higher profitable customers and segments.
- NPD execution excellence**: Coordinate tools to deliver NPD execution excellence - launch timings, price & promotional strategy, ranging, merchandising, pack strategies.
- Minimum rate targets**: Agree and set minimum rate targets by product type and customer.
- Consumer pricing**: Track in-market consumer pricing.
- Econometric and price elasticity studies**: Run econometric and price elasticity studies to deliver margin cube optimisation for the business.
- Promotional strategy**: Devise promotional strategy and objectives for each type of promotional activity.
- Promotional guidelines**: Create promotional guidelines and monitor adherence to these.
- Results analysis**: Analyze and report against the results of promotional strategy on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education**: Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with experience in a Blue Chip FMCG environment in Customer Marketing/Category/FMCG or equivalent.
- Experience**: Significant experience with a strong record of success.
- Proven track record**: A proven track record of successfully delivering revenue growth strategies and their implementation.
