About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team, working with clients with learning disabilities from mild to challenging in and around the Scarborough area.

This is an agency role, offering excellent rates of pay, free ongoing training, uniform, holiday pay, pension, and weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to clients with learning disabilities and mental health issues
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience working with people with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues
  • Full UK driving license
  • Medications training and Oliver McGowan training an advantage, but training can be provided
  • Flexible hours, including paid sleep shifts
  • Eligibility to work in the UK, with no sponsorship offered
