We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at The Access Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven growth marketer with extensive experience in B2B demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive sales pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Manage inbound and outbound demand channels, including digital ads, email, SEO, and events.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive results-oriented ABM programs, using tailored content and tools to engage target accounts.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in demand generation, with expertise in sales enablement and customer journey planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, experimentation, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing tech and automation systems, such as Marketo and Salesforce.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and be able to develop innovative demand generation strategies to drive business growth. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a matched pension scheme and 25 days' annual leave.
