Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Revvity. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the life sciences and diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform field service and maintenance tasks as advised by our Customer Care team, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers.
  • Install, maintain, and repair life science and diagnostics instruments, with a focus on our Reproductive Health portfolio.
  • Provide first-line onsite user training on life science and diagnostics systems, ensuring customers are equipped to use our products effectively.
  • Organize routine maintenance tasks, ensuring all documentation and records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensure compliance with our Quality Management System, maintaining high standards of documentation and record-keeping.
  • Align personal working practices with our department's performance targets, actively contributing to team goals and objectives.
  • Manage personal service spares and inventory records, reporting any anomalies or issues promptly.
  • Ensure all tools and test equipment are adequate for service requirements, and that all test equipment is calibrated as specified.
  • Complete all work orders and associated documentation within a day of completion, ensuring timely submission of E Learning, Expense Claims, and Vehicle-related forms.

Requirements:

  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in a field such as Electronic Engineering or Biotechnology.
  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably with life science instrument applications.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a strong technical support ethic.
  • Ability to travel, with a full driving license.
