Cycle Centre Management
We are seeking an exceptional candidate with supervisory experience to join our team as a Cycle Centre Manager Lead. This exciting opportunity involves assisting the Cycle Centre Manager in ensuring the smooth running of all Cycle Centre facilities.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing budgets, driving financial targets, and delivering agreed performance objectives. You will also support in facilitating a culture that promotes the general wellbeing, motivation, and morale of your team members.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments, including counterparts on other Villages. Previous supervisory experience is essential, as you will be responsible for motivating and coaching your team to achieve their full potential.
Holidays and Working Hours
You will work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis, which may involve public and bank holidays. As our village operates 365 days a year, you will also be required to work on weekends and during Christmas/New Year on a rota basis, earning a premium rate of pay for Sunday hours.

To succeed in this position, you must possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and develop your team
- Friendly, genuine, and warm attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
Desirable Requirements
- CYTEC qualification NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Knowledge of cycle maintenance
- Previous experience of leading a team in a service/operational environment
