Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Growth Strategist to join our team at PXP Financial. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting a high-performing sales team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute successful sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the Chief Revenue Officer.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a hybrid working option, with a minimum two days in the office and optional three days home working.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
  • Experience in supporting the development and execution of successful sales and business development strategies.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
