About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all supplied invoices, preparing payments for payment runs, and ensuring Purchase ledgers are kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inputting invoices and expenses into our system
  • Managing all supplied invoices and preparing payments for payment runs
  • Reviewing aged creditors and debtors
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to telephone enquiries
  • Performing other office administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Confident with Microsoft particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
