SEN Teachers and Assistants for Special Needs

Aspire People is seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to join our team in schools across Loughborough and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students with diverse educational needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment that nurtures growth, independence, and confidence.
We offer a competitive salary of £34,121 (actual) based on experience, as well as the opportunity to work in a school with a strong community presence and develop specialized skills in behavior management, differentiated learning, and inclusive teaching.
Required qualifications include relevant experience working with children, especially those with SEN, patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children with additional needs.
Benefits include a long-term contract with the option of extending or "as and when," developing social and cognitive development, and up to £250 referral fee for each recommendation.
