Job Title: Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team in London & Southeast. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine testing and maintenance of Getinge equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on equipment
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the Service Office and Technical Services Department to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Recognized qualification in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience of field-based work and technical support
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
