We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team, who will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, managing office filing systems, assisting with company events, and supporting various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventories, and order new supplies as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Manage office filing systems and databases, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
