We are seeking a highly motivated Headhunting Professional to join our team at Demob Job Ltd. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing our service into a new sector; Logistics and Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have tremendous confidence on the phone and be able to connect employers with the best engineering and technical talent.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven by targets and has a good sense of humour. You will work in a small friendly supportive team and have access to all the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed. Your typical day will involve business development, searching CV databases, and talking to people to secure them jobs.
The successful candidate will earn a salary of £27,000 plus uncapped commission from day one, with realistic on-target earnings of £31,000 plus for the first 12 months. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, fully funded team events, and a relaxed working environment that allows you to finish early on Fridays.
