About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Energy4Life Centers. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a Team of Care Assistants: You will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
  2. Maintain Accurate Records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and building strong relationships through effective communication with colleagues.
  3. Assist in Providing Essential Care: You will assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing essential physical and mental care to our residents.
  4. Administer Medication: You will be responsible for administering medication and carrying out medication audits.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience in Leading a Team to deliver care.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
  4. Ability to Work Effectively in a Team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  5. Comprehensive Knowledge of Caring for People with Dementia and other complex needs.
