About the Role:

This is a hybrid position, with 2 days per week spent in our Glasgow office and the remaining days worked remotely. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Resourcing:

Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Team to support the recruitment process, including setting up interviews and preparing necessary paperwork.

Contract Management:

Creation of contract-related paperwork, such as Personnel Requisition forms and Purchase Orders, as well as filing and storage of relevant documentation in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Leavers and Joiners:

Support the starter and leaver processes, including induction and client onboarding/offboarding.

Engagement Management:

Assist with setting up new starters and jobs in our Timesheet Management System, ensuring all engagement documentation is complete and filed appropriately, and monitoring and managing Time Writing.

Finance:

Liaise with the Finance team to resolve client and associate invoicing issues.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Experience:

Key technical skills include experience with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience in office or operations administration duties. Internal auditing qualifications or experience are advantageous, but not essential. Experience in recruitment or staff onboarding is also beneficial.

Key Personal Attributes:

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
