We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Residential Care Home in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing care homes for older adults, particularly those with dementia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services are delivered to our residents, while also managing a team of staff to achieve outstanding results.

The Registered Manager will be expected to have a deep understanding of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of care and services, as well as managing budgets and resources.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding results and deliver the highest quality person-centered care

Please note that the salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000.
