## Job Title: Registered Manager - Residential Care

### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality person-centered care
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement effective staff management strategies
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve outstanding care standards

### Requirements

* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
* Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
* Strong staff management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
