Senior Engineering Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Technician to join our Assembly department at GSK's Ware Site. As a key member of our team, you will provide engineering expertise to support production activities and contribute to the success of our respiratory products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide engineering maintenance, calibrations, and repair activities to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve production efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
- Work closely with the Shift Engineering Manager to prioritize engineering activities and coordinate team resources.
- Relevant engineering qualifications and/or experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
