Senior Engineering Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Technician to join our Assembly department at GSK's Ware Site. As a key member of our team, you will provide engineering expertise to support production activities and work closely with our highly skilled teams across production, quality, and technical functions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct a wide range of engineering maintenance, calibrations, physical interventions, and repair activities.
- Coordinate and prioritize engineering activities based on shift priorities as dictated by production requirements.
- Communicate changes in priorities and reorganize team resources as needed.
- Provide expert technical support across the team and engage with multiple departments.
- Undertake maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement of equipment, plant, and facilities.
- Relevant engineering qualifications and/or experience.
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to work within a team and follow standard processes.
- Willingness to learn and take personal accountability.
