Senior Engineering Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Technician to join our Assembly department at GSK's Ware Site. As a key member of our team, you will provide engineering expertise to support production activities and contribute to the success of our respiratory products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide engineering maintenance, calibrations, and repair activities to ensure smooth production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve equipment and process efficiency.
- Conduct calibration of critical process and utility equipment, and perform fault finding and problem-solving activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and utilities equipment and processes.
- Liaise with quality, validation, and site operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced engineering professional with a strong background in calibration, automation, electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, instrumentation, and process control. You should have a good standard of numeracy and literacy, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Relevant qualifications and experience, such as an HNC/HND or Engineering Apprenticeship, are essential. You should also be willing to learn and take personal accountability for your work.
