Financial Manager for Architecture Firm

Harmonic Group Ltd is seeking a Financial Manager to lead the finance function of their sustainable construction firm in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction/architecture industries and strong administrative and system experience.

The successful candidate will oversee all financial activities, collaborate with outsourced accountants, and manage client invoicing. They will also develop financial forecasts, manage accounts, and ensure understanding of CIS and VAT regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial activities and ensure fiscal health
  • Collaborate with accountants for accurate financial reporting
  • Manage client invoicing and create quotes and payment schedules
  • Develop financial forecasts and manage accounts
  • Ensure understanding of CIS and VAT regulations
  • Source quotes and manage supplier payments
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships
  • Support the senior team with construction schedules and site team coordination

Requirements:

  • Experience in the construction/architecture industries
  • Strong administrative and system experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine interest in the built environment space

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Location: London

Part Time Option: 3-4 day week option available
