About the Role

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to play a critical role on our team that is core to Blockchain Ventures. The successful candidate will work closely with staff across levels of seniority to drive the company's business lines forward.

The Business Operations Manager will report to the SVP, Business Operations, and establish strong relationships across functions and management levels to work collaboratively and independently.

  • Drive relationships with regional financial institution partners, including domestic and international banks, by owning partnership and refresh processes.
  • Work with executive management, product, finance, compliance, and legal teams to execute initiatives that drive efficiency.
  • Execute cross-functional projects ensuring the seamless integration of regional and local operations requirements with global shared services functions.
  • Assist with execution on regulatory and licensing initiatives globally.
  • Provide project management support to business owners to scale new products from MVP.
  • Support cross-functional project management of corporate and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Interest in and familiarity with both cryptocurrency and traditional financial industries.
  • Experience and proven track record in business process management consulting or operations roles in the financial services or technology industries.
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule to coordinate with global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles, six sigma and/or business process management concepts.
  • Advanced user of Excel and Powerpoint with a good familiarity of G-Suite equivalents.
  • Intermediate or greater SQL proficiency a major plus.

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
