SHEQ Improvement Manager

As a key member of the Uniserve Holdings Ltd team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's SHEQ systems and procedures are compliant, reviewed, and continuously improved. You will oversee all relevant SHEQ systems, provide training and support, and maintain a consultative relationship with sites to ensure ongoing compliance with agreed and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SHEQ systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to sites on SHEQ systems and procedures.
- Maintain a consultative relationship with sites to ensure ongoing compliance with agreed and legal standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance SHEQ systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure SHEQ systems and procedures are integrated into business operations.
Requirements:
