Job Summary:

As a key member of the Uniserve Holdings Ltd team, the SHEQ Continuous Improvement Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's SHEQ systems and procedures are compliant, reviewed, and continuously improved. This position oversees all relevant SHEQ systems, provides training and support, and maintains a consultative relationship with sites to ensure ongoing compliance with agreed and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SHEQ Electrification: Develop and implement strategies to enhance SHEQ systems and procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to sites on SHEQ systems, procedures, and best practices, ensuring a high level of understanding and compliance.
  • Consultative Relationship: Foster a collaborative relationship with sites to identify areas for improvement, provide guidance, and ensure ongoing compliance with agreed and legal standards.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate SHEQ-related risks, ensuring the company's SHEQ systems and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong understanding of SHEQ principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with sites to drive continuous improvement.
