About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Uniserve Holdings. As a key member of our SHEQ team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of our health, safety, and environmental systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SHEQ System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our SHEQ cloud-based systems, including Assure, monthly reports, supplier verification, contractor control, inductions, asset compliance, and Learn module management.
  • SHEQ Administration: Assist with EL claims management, ensure compliance with internal SHEQ audit systems, support ESG data capture, and develop SHEQ cloud-based systems.
  • SHEQ Compliance: Monitor maintenance and property compliance, audit sites for compliance, monitor CDM 2015 compliance, and manage SHEQ system change requests.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of SHEQ systems and procedures
  • Experience in implementing and delivering SHEQ projects
  • Proficiency in SHEQ cloud-based systems
