Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled Facilities and Maintenance Operative to join our team at the Faversham Brewery and Support Office. As a key member of our Estates Department, you will be responsible for carrying out routine building and facility maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems
- Work closely with our Engineers, Production, and Estates Departments to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with our internal Safety Advisor to maintain a safe working environment
- Perform tasks on a variable shift pattern between 6 am and 9 pm, Monday to Friday

Requirements:
- Experience in building disciplines, including brickwork, plastering, and concreting
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Competent carpentry and plumbing skills
- Confined Space training an advantage
- Basic computer competence
- Fork Lift Truck and Mobile Platform training a plus
