About the Role

Royal Free London Property Services Ltd is seeking an experienced leader to chair its board. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and oversight to the board, ensuring effective decision-making and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the RFLPSL board in setting strategic direction and making key decisions
  • Ensure the board is well-informed and equipped to make effective decisions
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among board members
  • Oversee the induction and development of directors
  • Support the Managing Director in executing their leadership role

RFLPSL is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Free London Group, established to manage its capital, estates, facilities, and property functions. The company has evolved to provide strategic consultancy, capital projects, property services, service transformation, and estates and facilities management.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification or relevant experience in property, estates, and facilities management
  • Leadership experience in a medium or large complex organisation
  • Experience in chairing boards or committees
